Melania could get WIC, he could get HEAP for his luxurious home and SNAP for food assistance.

Question is... did he?

Well, at least I hope not, because welfare goes by assets as well as income. But, that said, there are wealthy people (usually rich conservative fringe Mormons and ultra-orthodox Jews) that game the system and receive welfare fraudulently. I think this should be looked into because I wouldn't put it passed Trump to scam the system for a few extra hundred dollars.

Now we know why every year he gets a reduction on property tax for his home, available only if your adjusted gross income is below $500,000.

He's on welfare!

wasn't the only way to fix Social Security.

She also wanted to consider extending the Social Security tax to non-salary income. So people who made most of their money in stocks and bonds wouldn't be able to avoid the SS tax.
