So, Team Trump estimates that Clinton is sitting at 312 Electoral Votes. And Clinton has a superior GOTV effort.

Also note what's not part of the plan

Pennsylvania
Virginia
Colorado
Wisconsin

And, not at all clear they're ahead in NV (I'll buy OH and IA though they're not a shoo in for those states either)

then Clinton is already sitting at 268. They will have to draw a royal flush to win

The scenario they describe if they get 2 EVs from Maine gets them to 268.
