This is as close as Pence will ever get to White House, so I am doubtful he quits.

But this would be wonderful pushing Trump ticket into total collapse since only if fellow Dominionist fundie Cruz came aboard as VP could Trump ticket retain all the Evangelical fundies

And he's probably praying real hard for some miracle, so that should work.
