(496 posts)It's a different rationing, if you will. Better but it's still rationing and still leaves some people uncovered for certain treatments or with long waits.

(1,625 posts)Ask anybody who's not filthy rich if they want to trade their (Canadian, British, etc...) health care system for ours. They'd vote to keep theirs in a landslide.
