It would take time away from tweeting about all his grudges, scores to settle, and imminent lawsuits.

He's not a politician. Not even a decent human being. His own party is disgusted by him. Shun him.

Outgoing Pres is there and candidates who are serving House/Senate members; there's no presumption that the losing candidate will be invited.

But yes, as far as I can recall there's no precedent for inviting the losing candidate so really nothing to talk about.

he/she is a member of Congress or a governor. Trump being neither would not be invited.
