First, you know Kasowitz knows that what he is asking is absurd, but Donald is paying him to write words, so he is doing that. At a $1,000 an hour, he billed a couple of grand. Then he gets to respond to McCraw's letter. A few more bucks in the bank. Donald loses faces and loses dollars. So smart Mr Business Man.

Second, McGraw knows that Kasowitz knows it is a waste of time, so lets have some fun. And it was an elegant response, including the little 'law school' lesson, about have the court explain it to him.

Three, if Kasowitz was really smart he would take it to court, make a ton more money and then explain to DT, 'well we tried', as he takes his over laded wallet on vacation.
