There could be a number of things going on behind his cryptic note.

This is probably an attempt by him to have them pay him to sign a new NDA if, in fact, his previous one is invalid for some reason.

However, there are some other considerations. If he is saying that it is invalid, then what has he done with the consideration he has been paid thus far?

Operating a not legally constituted entity in a political campaign may be a crime.

Trump has political operatives signing non-disclosure agreements. How many signed them? For which entity? Are more invalid?
