There are FOUR candidates...it's a 4 way race...as a rule, no candidate gets over 50% when there are more than 2 candidates on the ballot. I wish someone on the media would point that out and shut her up about that point.

Of course we can't approve her SCOTUS appointments, more than 50% of the people didn't vote for her.
Of course we can't confirm her cabinet positions...less than 50% of the country supports her.

8. Exactly. The two minor candidates (plus writeins and others) will probably get 6% to 8% combined.

So 100% - 6% = 94% /2 = 47%. So 47% is all that is needed. Now >50% would be nice but it is just gravy. If she gets 47% she will be the next President of these United States.
