IpsosReuters is showing a 7 point Clinton swing (surveying only 2 of 4 post debate days) suggesting it could go higher than the 9% lead already registering

42%-41%. There is zero chance a Republican nominee can win the Presidency with that stat.

What is the criteria to be included in the RCP average? So many polls showing Hillary with a huge lead don't make the cut.
