Nate silver poll analysis. Leader, Adjusted Leader, Weight.

Is there a link that explains Nate Silvers poll analysis. That explains things like Leader, Adjusted Leader, Weight. When I go to the http://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/2016-election-forecast/ then click on updates, i am not clear on what some of the above mentioned columns mean.

signed up just to cause some kind of trouble because things are going so well for Hillary right now that none of the trumpettes can spoil our fun. If you had merely looked a little closer than you obviously did, you would have found this:

Read it and weep.
