court order against Republicans for voter law transgressions

I read here that there is such a thing, but can't find the post where it
was mentioned.

Anybody have a link? I need it for an online discussion about Indiana vote supression.

Yes, that was it. Some people see nothing wrong with what happened in Indiana to the independent voter registration project
