The emails were not to or from Clinton, and contained information that appeared to be more of what agents had already uncovered, the official said, but in an abundance of caution, they felt they needed to further scrutinize them.

So he likely has more insight (as well as potential insider info) than does the average commenter.

On edit--an easily googled site reported that Cuban cited language from a September report that anyone could read, that detailed the printing problems. He just connected the dots.
