Nothing is baked into the price. Correction: Normalcy is baked into the price. When normalcy leaves, prices shift. That's true in the stock market and wherever wisdom of the crowd is applied. This price will shift and not in a friendly direction.

Sudden change that is viewed as damaging to one side, and causes the other side to rush to the podium to loudly exploit. Wall to wall network coverage for days. Then somehow we await the polls while assuming not much actually happened. That may sound swell but it's not reality. Hillary will likely take a bigger hit than current conventional wisdom allows. That's why you build a lead in the first place. Late comebacks are possible in primaries but hellish in general elections, where not everybody is prioritizing the same thing so percentages are more rigid. I think she narrowly hangs on.
