Paid Speeches? Would anybody like to say just WHO all has been paid for speeches?

Wasn't Saint Ronald Reagan paid big bucks post-presidency? I know there are many, many more.

I just watched two interviews in which that nitwit, Kellyanne Conway, spent a good deal of time on Secretary Clinton's speeches. I knew about Reagan's paid speeches, and I had read about Colin Powell's, GHWB's, GWB's, and Clinton's.
