Poll observers are needed in Lee County, North Carolina ASAP

Can the folks in this largely Hispanic & African-American area request assistance from the feds? This should not be happening in the United States!

Trump pollworker in Sanford, NC, thinks he's #Negan y'all.

From the Lee County Democratic Party FB page:

"More news from the front (the polling sites, which we have to describe that way because of the belligerent tone of the "we're veterans, and we demand you take our yellow ballot" volunteers).
This Rabin volunteer (employee?) is William Herrera. He lives in Harnett County, but he's in our county telling Latino voters in Spanish that those of us with blue ballots are baby killers and will deport them, so vote the yellow ballot. This intimidating and threatening message has been effective in some cases, and part of his conversation with a voter was recorded.
Translation:
Voter: But, this is what I say, what is the reason? How do you know if we're going to be deported?
Will: [English]You need to do your research, bro.
Voter: But, why? That's my question. What is the reason? What is your reason? To be deported? Why is it that you want us/them to leave like that?
We think this is intimidation; what do you think?"

These events haven't made any local or national news! I'm afraid this is going on all over NC to intimidate Dem supporters.
I have family in Lee County and was notified last night about this going on in the Sanford area.

Thanks,
David

It's a Twitter link-- Nothing fraudulent.

Was the direct link to the tweet she posted on Twitter.

13. you right click and copy the image link

then post it here and click preview to see if it shows. If it doesn't, as FB images don't, you can do what I do, which is click print screen, open a new file in photoshop, paste, then cut the image down (otherwise it's the whole image of your browser page), then upload it to a website that hosts photos. I do these acts in about 1 minute because I have done them so many time for people. Once you do it 10 times, you will be quick at doing it.

And, were the police called, or anything done by whomever saw this? Advise anyone to call the DoJ voter line if they see anything like this - also, whoever took that photo should still contact them. Thanks for your post!!!

I'm not sure if the police were called- I saw the tweet this morning and was pissed the hell off! So I decided to post it on here.

I also contacted the HuffingtonPost and a local news channel- Will be calling the DOJ tip line & ACLU in a few minutes.

Not sure where you are driving from, but I'm like 20 minutes from there.

And early voting is ending this week- I don't think there will be any EV locations open this weekend.

This happened in downtown Sanford, off of Steele Street-- At least that's what it looks like from the photos on the Lee Dem FB page.

I got an invite to the rally the other day.

and they are two separate entities

You want to suppress the vote? Use their tactics. It might work for a
few cycles, for an specific election, for a close race. The voters don't know
what's going on. Then get convinced you've discovered the secret suppression
sauce (SSS). Legislate restrictions, spark protests, publicity. Your supporters
will be with you, but they're not the majority. Soon, the average voter finds
out what you're up to. The rebound effect sets in. We are in the rebound stage
nationwide now.

I always say and post online: Fear the party that fears your vote.

Americans resist oppression of any type. You can only bottle that genie
for a limited edition. Once the word is out, watch out.
