Clinton camp blasts FBI director Comey over 'jaw-dropping' double standard

In a sharp escalation of their unprecedented war of words with federal law enforcement authorities, Clinton’s key aides contrasted this apparent caution with Comey’s controversial decision to release new details of its investigation into Clinton’s private email server to lawmakers on Friday.

“It is impossible to view this as anything less than a blatant double standard,” her campaign manager Robby Mook told reporters, claiming the decision “defied all logic”, especially as other intelligence agencies had favoured disclosure of suspected Russian involvement.

“Through these two decisions he shows he favours acting alone and without consulting … these are not the hallmarks of a responsible investigation,” added Mook.

Both CNBC and the Huffington Post have reported that Comey privately urged against naming Russia for allegedly meddling in the election and hacking Democratic email accounts.

Comey needs to be prosecuted under the Hatch Act for interfering with an election. The entire email "investigation" was a politically motivated stunt. W's admin deleted 22million emails, where's that investigation? Cheney/Rumsfeld lied us into Iraq, what about that? Yet here we are dickering about her emails while an unqualified fascist buffoon threatens to seize power.

impression with voters is that she is uniquely dishonest, that is a problem.

When Donald Trump says Clinton is a criminal, lock her up, this is worse than Watergate, and it turns out he has a record of deleting emails whenever he gets a subpoena, voters should know about it, and the media need to spend as much time talking about his emails, or the Bush/Cheney emails as the Hillary Clinton emails, because her "crimes" as Trump calls them have have more media time than any other crime in history, and she could lose the election as a result. Don't you expect better?

including judges and some replacement cabinet positions, calling them "DOA". Reid had to manufacture parliamentary tricks to get anyone confirmed. Case in point today is a Supreme Court nominee still sitting unconfirmed. The 2010 election had consequences that are still being felt in 2016 because fucking "Democrats" sat home or ran away from Obama.
