How can we increase African American turnout in FL and NC? Obama is coming to FL. How about Michelle
One African American person in a story said she didn't feel the Clinton campaign was reaching out well enough to the African American community.

1. Obama was already here
I saw Obama on Friday in Orlando. I just saw Hilary in Sanford which is a place rich in AA history. John Lewis was here too tonight and I got my pic with him.

2. I swear to God
that Obama would, if he could, escort every single African American in Florida to the polling station.
And I'm an atheist / agnostic. |

3. it's mostly young voters. Obama got fewer young voters in 2012 than i 2008 also
that's just how it is.
as far as the AA vote. all is being done to get a turn out. Obama and Michelle especially . the good thing is Clinton does better among white women and older white people than Obama did. |

7. Its going to be hard to get to 16% AA votes when they represent 13.9% of population this year
2012 was special year, we had Obama on the ticket. AA had 85% of votes vs total 70% turnout.
This year we need to target 13.9 or even little lesser like 13%... The deficit need to be covered by Hispanic vote which has risen 40% in EV |
