prosecuted for failure to comply with the Hatch Act.

What will happen next is he will be grilled in front of a Senate committee and have to explain his very weak actions. He is going to get skewered. The issue of him trying to influence an election will be front and center and he will have to prove how he didn't influence the election....with poll numbers and all thrown in his face...

I hope he gets prosecuted. This is a dangerous precedent if he doesn't.
