Wo! Donald's morphed from orange and blond to fuchsia and metallic gold.

Just saw him at some rally today. It's more startling than the orange! Wish I had a link.

It is a spray tan. He gets the raccoon look from the tiny goggles covering his eyes. I don't believe he wears a shower cap because his "hair" is spray tan orange too. You can really tell after a new paint job because the contrast between the eye hole and the rest of him is stark.
