There are 691,200 seconds in 8 days. FBI Director Comey reviewed 650,000 emails in 8 days? An email per second? Americans aren't stupid!

(7,113 posts)1. The FBI uses software that weeds out emails that are dupes with those they've seen already. So the fact that they said today that most were dupes would explain the speed by which they finished the task.
2. The 650,000 figure is the total number of emails on Weiner's computer, including Weiner's own. Those belonging to Huma is a much smaller number.
Oh, wait, a third fact: Bernie Kerik is a horse's ass.

(4,897 posts)These software tools (used by SysAdmins and folks conducting computer forensics) can quickly search through e-mail. If Kerik or other RW hacks think Comey/other agents personally sat down and reviewed 650K e-mails using Mk1 eyeballs, they are even bigger fools than I give them credit for being.

Strip out unique stamps and spurious irrelevant characters and textual scans are extremely quick and 100% accurate.
Or, you can leave those in there and it will flag the differences, which can be stripped out afterwards.

He was getting hammered right and left, pretty much in the spirit of the responses in this thread, and he deleted it. Olbermann tweeted the following, and you can see "This Tweet is unavailable." But KO was replying to the same tweet in my OP:
