I just got home from bringing two little old ladies to vote - both wearing "suffragette white" blouses. They can't believe they lived long enough to see this. One of 'em almost cried on the way home.

It was the best feeling to be able to contribute in a small way to their joy.

Maybe you could call your local senior center and do a little volunteering, or something?

Maybe it will quell that agita.
