2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumOn Morning Joe, this morning ...
They had Congressman David Schweikert on discussing his being stripped of his budget committee assignment. There were a number of laughable moments; but I want to highlight two.
First, he stated, "This is 'big boy' politics and I'm not going to complain", as he spent the following 15 minutes complaining that he was stripped of his assignment because "some in the gop don't want real conservatives to have a seat at the table."
And secondly, Joe, in his typical pompus fashion, was sitting back throwing poo at the gop, by first asking Schweikert where Ryan stood on Schweikert's reassignment and when Schweikert didn't answer, saying he didn't want to pick a fight within the gop, Joe said, "I would come out and ask Ryan, directly, where he stood" ... all while lamenting all the gop in-fighting.

Or maybe I'll just put it on the Weather Channel and stay away from all morning shows.

to pull it over like those who talk without letting themselves sound so knuckledraggish.
