Did Republicans reach out to Working Class People of Color after they lost in 2008 and 2012?

3. I would argue yes, but not in a way that most will recognize.

Republicans version of outreach involved adding a handful of faces of color, Rubio, Cruz, Carson and Cain as token symbols of Republican inclusion.

I'm not implying that it was a great, or even good way of reaching out, but it's their attempt to show they're the party of inclusion. The fact that the overwhelming majority don't buy into it just shows that PoC are smarter than neo-cons are willing to admit.
