New MoveOn Petition: DEMAND A RECOUNT IN WI, MI, PA, AZ, NC and FL

DEMAND A RECOUNT IN WI, MI, PA, AZ, NC and FL
Petition by Jennifer Parsons

To be delivered to THe Federal Election Commission, The United States House of Representatives, The United States Senate, and President Barack Obama

Donald Trump LOST this election.. He only won because of about 100,000 votes in a couple of swing states. Ask yourself: Could Voter Fraud, Suppression and Russian Hacking have made the difference? Let's demand further investigation of Vote handling and Russian interference and demand a recount in these pivotal swing states!

"Ah yup machine 87 still stays 1158 votes for Trump just like it did last time"

The idea of a recount on a 100% paperless voting system is sort of an oxymoron. If there is cheating it is in the machine and thus the recount is simply recounting the cheated number.

they don't go anywhere. Leave it to MoveOn to jump in at the last minute. When we had the recall in WI, they waited until the last week to help. And sad to day, Obama did not help us, either.

Their participation in their democracy is important, and petitions are a non-violent statement against perceived unfairness.

The recall election did not suggest an easy victory for Barrett. It would have been politically questionable at best for Obama to become publicly involved. It might even have increased Walker's percentages among those of his supporters in the GOP who feel that any government intervention is a trespass.

Democrats in Wisconsin, but it was what it was.

Milwaukee County wasn't exactly robot in its voter turn-out this year either. : (

Arizona - no candidate or voter initiated recounts, but voters can contest the election results, which could result in a ballot inspection and possibly a recount. Close vote margin triggers automatic recount.

Florida - no candidate or voter initiated recounts. Automatic recount if margin is .5% or less. And Florida's vote is already certified.

North Carolina - candidate initiated recount if margin is .5% or less or 1% or less, depending on race. Neither Stein nor Clinton would qualify for a recount.

If you are going to demand a recall for close states, lets recount all the close states.

Not that I think it will happen anyway.

The only ones in denial are those greasing the path for Trump to get away with it. All the usual suspects are here tag teaming as they have in other threads.

None of those entities have the authority to call for a recount at the State level, but it'll sure make some people feel like they've "done" something.

This is stupid.

Trump won Arizona by 4 points! How the hell are you going to turn that around?

I know its hard for some to understand why Hillary didn't win all 50 states. As she stated, she thought she should be 50 points ahead...

The party thinking that way is the reason they lost. Too overconfident. Too much faith in suspect polling. Too elitist. And too lazy to do the work to win in the places she needed to win.

I Live Near The Usual Democratic Stronghold Of Dayton,Ohio In Montgomery County, Ohio. In Fact A Democratic Presidential Candidate Hasnt Lost Here Since 1960...Well Someway Trump Managed To Win Montgomery County...Weird But Then Our Local News Reports This...

DAYTON, OH (WDTN) – The polling location manager of a Dayton polling place was removed from the polling location Tuesday for not following official protocol, said Jan Kelley, Director of the Board of Elections.

Stephen Marcum was ordered to disconnect two electronic “books.” The disconnect rebooting process to make the machines go faster — almost like a reset, Kelly said.

Marcum refused to follow that order, Kelly said. The Board of Elections called the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office to have Marcum removed from Thurgood Marshall.

2 NEWS was there when Marcum was removed by deputies.

Officials have had issues with Marcum in the past but would not elaborate further. say there should be no impact to voters.

When asked about the security of the votes, or confidence in the vote count, Kelly said the incident would have no direct impact on voters.

HOW F'N IRONIC?
