What percentage of eligible voters do you think are unreachable for the Democratic Party?

Without the Democratic Party abandoning its base, there is a portion of the electorate that simply can't be reached by the Democratic Party. I would think virtually all of us could agree on that. Especially given the sorts of nonsensical things so many Americans believe.

Keeping in mind that ~40% of eligible voters don't vote in presidential elections, what percentage of eligible voters do you think can't be reached by the Democratic Party? In other words, what percentage won't vote Dem no matter what?

0-9?
10-19?
20-29?
30-39?
40-49?

And what percentage of Trump voters weren't going to vote for Clinton no matter what?

0-20?
21-40?
41-60?
61-80?
81-100?

Personally, I'd say 30-39 in answer to my first question, though I'm tempted to say 40+. And I think the answer to my second question is "damn near 100."

Oklahoma won't be the same as California.

But nationally? I'd say that question 1 would be around 40%. A ticket of Charles Manson and Jeffrey Dahmer would get 40% of the vote nationally as long as it had an "R" before it.

Question 2 is probably somewhere between 80% and 98%. It depends on how many of them were bothered in the back of their minds that maybe, just maybe, Hillary Clinton would have done more for them than Trump, despite all the speeches and ads to the contrary. SOME of them had to have seen though the BS to at least a small degree, even if most of them looked at it like one of these two:

...a solid 25% are unmovable. These include the bigots (white male supremacists) and those who see Obama and Hillary as "baby killers" - the religious fanatics. Democrats threw them out of the Party under JFK/LBJ and Nixon took them in. Fiscal conservatives want money and will go with the dollar - some saw George W Bush and his father as bad for the bottom line.

That seems to be the ones that many people in the party seem hell bent on trying to convince to vote for us.

I'd say what Obama got is probably as good as we can ever get it. By that point we were already ridiculously polarized and people were firmly entrenched in their positions and he still won by a fair amount.

Some folks refused to accept she is generally not liked and broadly distrusted but still Trump was horrid enough to peel enough to win with you know an effort.

The media blackout stuff combined with "listening tours" with a baker's dozen of people to start the general campaign was goofy as well.

Have at a bare minimum bought the evil liberal boogeyman hook, line and sinker.

AND, the mushy middle 10 percent leans away from "liberals."
