Suggestion re: the ticket a "Hamilton Electors" scenario could pick as a "unity" deal:

Susan Collins as president;

Merrick Garland as vice president.

They would only serve one term, and Supreme court and other judicial appointments would alternate between liberal and conservative appointees:

(Hillary could be one of them)

This might be a "face-saving" thing everybody in the EC and Congress could live with is my theory.

Thoughts?

Trump will be our President and the electors will vote to make it so.

Trump and Pence in as POTUS and VP. All of this EC talk that has been going on since Nov 9th is fantasy land. Its not the way the Constitution is written.

I can see a dozen or so refusing to vote for Trump or Clinton but not enough to change the outcome.
