Appeal filed with Michigan Supreme Court to restart recount.

Stein confirms she’s filed appeal with Michigan Supreme Court to restart recount "Yesterday, we appealed to the Michigan Supreme Court, and are calling on the Court to do its job and consider our appeal,” Jill Stein tweeted today.

They are on Trump's SCOTUS short list so they have agreed to sit this case out due to potential conflict of interest.
