So Kellyanne says it's OK for Milania TRump to sue the press for telling liesabout her .... Then

Shouldn't Clinton sue faux news and other people for lying about her?
Shouldn't Clinton sue Donald Trump regarding the kiddy porn comment about Clinton?
Shouldn't Clinton sue the plublishers of down righ fake news?
She needs to sue a few...win...then take the money to sue many others...then the conservative press etc will think twice before spreading lies.

I guess presidents don't do that but Trump would if the roles were flipped so why not?

She would be under oath and lying is a family tradition in the trump family.

I wish she would.

If she wins the silver lining is that HRC or anyone else could sue for slander, which it seems is no longer a viable law right now.

You can't make that same argument for Hillary Clinton. Clinton would have to prove the statements were known to be false and made with malice and show actual harm. Yes Clinton didn't win the presidency, but good luck proving that any individual promoting some idiotic fake news story was the cause.

There are public officials. There also are general purpose public figures, limited purpose public figures and involuntary public figures.

Melanie would be deemed a public figure under one or more of those tests.
