Open The Congressional Hearings to All Those Who Bear Arms
I don't understand something. The hearings in Congress today on gun violence are going on right now. Why do those Second Amendment congressional folks make their NRA buddies pass through metal detectors in order to attend the hearings? Shouldn't they be in favor of open carry in their hearings as well?
If open carry is to be the law, then let our elected officials live under the same circumstances we will at the mall, theater, etc.
Good luck with that. The metal detectors are another example of the gated community which those NRA pimps hide behind.

I have nothing to hide except a lot of coins in my pockets. I did own a stainless steel knife which could PASS a metal detector. They stopped selling the knives in 1995. People could see that metal detectors were coming in the future. Excellent folding knife with many sections cut out to reduce the magnetic field.
Those who care a gun will end up shooting somebody weather the person is good or bad. A civilized country does not required armed people unless the society is going down the drain.
Either we begin the revolution or we go back to being a civilized country.
