Do you expect Malloy-D to lose or does he win due to weak GOP opposition. NPolitics1979 Feb 2013 #11

I would presume that they are regretting their votes now. I would never have voted for him as I saw him for what he is, a Libertarian douche nozzle pretending to be a moderate Republican, which somehow seems to resonate here in Michigan.

Rick Snyder will be a one term governor.

Governor- Peters or Bernero.
Attorney General- Whitmer.
Secretary of State- Benson.

He got dealt a shitty hand and has done okay with it, but has also had to make some tough decisions.

the governor of CT was either Republican or Independent for 20 years.

He barely won against a millionaire businessman in 2010 - if the same guy ran again, he might be able to win.

The GOP doesn't have much depth in CT, but they do have a lot of rich businessmen in the state.

Rowland-R won in the 1994 wave, re-elected in 1998 and 2002- went to prison for couple of years.
Rell-R succeeded Rowland, won in 2006, retired in 2010.
