... and eliminate any and all middle-income deductions, so even though the rate may be lower, ultimately we're screwn because deductions for mortgage interest/points, student loan interest, medical expenses, even adding to a 401K, will probably be eliminated.

But really rich people who can hire accountants to make up creative shit & hide money offshore will still come out the other end squeaky clean.
