"Conservatism is modern history's greatest, most tragic, and most lethal failure."
God this guy just ethered conservatism. Much of this is spot on:
Umair Haque destroys the idea of conservatism 1. What's going wrong with the globe? The problem really isn't economics anymore; it's politics. We are stuck with a broken politics.

12. On the money.
Conservatives are takers not givers and they have taken from all of us for too long. The fact they wrap themselves in religion makes it even more sinister.

17. Gee. I dunno. Its been pretty successful for the 1%...
...who wish to recreate the Glided Age by getting Government off the backs of the Job Creators.
Deregulation and Concentration of Wealth is supported by the Economic Policies of BOTH dominant Parties in the USA. Corporate Profits Hit Record High While Worker Wages Hit Record Low http://thinkprogress.org/economy/2012/12/03/1270541/corporate-profits-wages-record/?mobile=nc Wealth Inequality Drastically Rose In Early Years Of Recovery, As Only Richest Americans Saw Gains http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/04/23/wealth-inequality-grew-in-recovery_n_3138982.html Stuff like that ^ doesn't happen by accident! It takes work and planning. The Employees of the 1% in Washington have perfected the dynamics for "Jobless Recoveries"! If I were a member of the 1%, I wouldn't call this a "Failure". It has been a great success. ![]() [font size=3]"Thank GAWD if Passed!" If it hadn't, we would have had to pay OUR OWN Gambling Debts, and WE don't do that. THAT shit is for the Peasants. 18. This guy just ethered conservatism
Those that follow today’s conservatism are not sick or diseased; they just pressed the wrong continuum petals that many might say are the Laplacian for life going the wrong way. As pitiful as we realize what today’s conservatism is, it is worth the effort to cast it into that ether, moreover flip it into that cosmic corral that will not return to human evolution.
For those red state political persons in the America with those in the European, Asia , especially Persia have figured they are found out; it is a combination of a centralized political, economic fractured system. The money profiteered, and the politics gerrymandered during this period is flagged in all our memory. It can be or will be a huge effort to resolve changing the mess, untangling the hidden political traps avoiding the monetary sink holes. It can be done. The test of life or judgment is not after life but now during life. |
