...that shows a woman in a paper dress having a conversation with her OB/GYN or nurse practitioner when suddenly the examining room door bursts open and in come a pundit, a clergyman, and a congressman, all wanting to have their say.

We need to effect a sea change in public opinion so that these nuisances can't get away with what they are doing.
