Bombing Syrians is more important than jobs in America.

I'm sorry but, collateral damage really bothers me. Killing Syrians in the name of justice (or whatever) is not right. One or two Syrians brought to justice for the atrocities is much different than bombing Syria. We need to get our priorities straight. Syrians are people. People deserve better.

Americans are our people. The same money that is going to bomb Syrians (some good innocent people are going to die if we do this) would be better spent creating jobs for Americans.

If America was a true example of a great nation, then we could teach by example. We used to but, we lost that.

Give Americans a strong economy and a solid middle class and then we can change the world.

Right now we have become a joke. We are lead by leaders that care only about themselves.

Our nation is broke and it has nothing to do with economics.

It's a sad time for America.

the possibility of change with so many citizens saying NO to the powers that be regarding Syria.

Saying no is a good first step to rebuilding a functioning democracy.

It's a low point but I do believe in Americans. It's our representatives that I've lost faith in.

Our reps actually represent corporations/mic/the 1% - that's what so many citizens have figured out.

Awareness is a beginning.

"...Of the people and for the people."

Notice how businesses and corporations are not mentioned in the constitution.

Washington is about business and no longer about people.

People are beginning to notice.

As you mention, there is hope.

The war resolution is going to be voted down giving Obama no choice but to back away from military intervention.
