Is this the right term?

Rethugs lose a national election in 2012 based on a Tea Party Agenda. Affordable care act passes the Supreme Court. Tea Thugs than try to pass a hyper-partisan agenda based on an agenda soundly defeated last year. If they don't get their way they will wreck the economy.

This is an attempted coup, nothing more, nothing less.

Now they want to stomp on it, put it in a crusher and set it on fire while exporting it to the rest of the world.

The Tea Thugs, along with their paymasters, should be standing trial for seditious conspiracy. They're now resorting to force to get their way with the President, the Democrats, and Republicans who are too intimidated to stand up to them. If the Tea Thugs' tactics don't rise to the level of sedition, what does?
