Let's see. Teabaggers take the Debt Ceiling hostage to force Obama to cave. When asked about their hostage, Teabaggers say crashing the debt ceiling is no big deal so don't worry about it. Soooo, value of the hostage is.........never mind.

1. Their logic is......grab the hostage, throw them in the van, and

then turn around and blame the hostage for coming into the van.

It is utterly amusing watching them try to pin the shutdown on Democrats.

2. Furthermore....

The tea-boners shut down the government, then danced in the halls of Congress and enthused over their "accomplishment" before turning somber and blaming that very same shutdown on ... Obama! A shutdown they were simultaneously thrilled about yet outraged over. Apparently, you see, Obama took his own administration hostage. And, the Repubs drone on, although the shutdown is no big deal, Obama did it, so it's a VERY big deal. Pretzel logic, to borrow a song title from Steely Dan.

No wonder voters throw up their hands and stop paying attention.
