There is a LOT of Virginia that thinks Cooch is A-number-one - pull up the election map from the 5th and it's pretty plain to see. So if he moved to the 6th or 9th District and threw his name in the hat, he'd get elected.

Cuchinelli who couldn't beat an unliked out-of-state bureaucrat and surrogate closely aligned with the Clintons in a state that hates the Clintons...wants to take on a popular Senator whose constituents' main complaint about him is that he's in favor of conservative fiscal policies they oppose, like SS reform and Simpson-Bowles...policies that Cooch supports even more extreme versions of?

Oh, this is going to be good.

I pay attention because VA is DC's backyard meaning it's my backyard...but is Cooch stupider than I was led to believe? He may not be aware of this but McAuliffe didn't so much win as Cooch lost.
