When people were denied coverage or thrown off for pre-existing conditions, WHERE WERE THE REPUBLICANS?
When the Medicare-D program was strong-armed through the House, went $150BILLION over budget, and had a massive donut hole, WHERE WERE THE REPUBLICANS?
When the Medicare-D rollout was very problematic and that program was "unpopular", WHERE WERE THE REPUBLICANS?
When individual market plans were routinely cancelled or changed or jacked up in price, WHERE WERE THE REPUBLICANS?
