2016 Postmortem

Virginia , oh, Virginia

I swear this state is the home to some of the bigger idiots in the country. Now, it wants oral and anal sex laws-for teenagers only mind you- to be reinstated. This state just refuses to be dragged into the 19th century.
The main objection to considering this law is that it would cost the state big bucks in building housing for the new felons the law would impact.
