Christie's Questionable Conduct Over The Years

http://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2014/01/15-chris-christie-controversies-you-missed-101999.html?hp=l7#.UtGuvihWJUQ

Snip:

15 Chris Christie Controversies You Missed

6. Reckless driving
In 2002, driving a rented BMW Sedan, U.S. Attorney Christie injured a motorcyclist when he tried to turn the wrong way onto a one-way street. He was not issued a traffic ticket, despite his less-than-stellar driving record, which includes at least six accidents and 13 moving violations.

Listed above is just number six on the fifteen hit parade. For me the totality of these actions indicates a person suffering from an attitude of entitlement, prone to bullying, feels he is above the law, and would never be caught. Gee-I can't see how that atmosphere has anything to do with jamming the GW bridge.
