DC Circuit to hear ACA case En Banc - Good news for Obama Admin.

Once again, this shows the importance of judicial nominations, as Obama was able (after nuclear option invoked last Nov) to confirm 3 judges to the DC Circuit....He has 4 total confirmations to this court, but the one nomination was confirmed easily without the bitter fight it took to get the other 3 confirmed..
