2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumcurrent conglomerate electoral vote map via Real Clear Politics. Obama-253, Mitt-170, 115 Toss up
Obama needs 17 EV from the following:
Arizona 11
Colorado 9
Florida 29
Iowa 6
Missouri 10
New Hampshire 4
North Carolina 15
Ohio 18
Virginia 13
Never one to stay complacent, but for all the hand wringers, the electoral math really does not favor Romney. Obama had multiple paths to reelection while Mitt pretty much needs to sweep the board.

Minnesota 10
New Mexico 5
Wisconsin 10
I don't. Do not be complacent. Romney has a few paths to election. No way Romney loses SC and Georgia. Indiana?? Not so sure.
Obama has a huge number in the leans to column versus Romney (102 votes versus 39)
Unless something really breaks I don't see either candidate getting over 300. If Romney pulls it out it will look like 2000 all over again. My guess would be Obama 290-245.
General elections are usually coin flips. The country aint doing too hot and the incumbent always gets punished for that. I would work with that in mind. Obama and Braley will be my first yard signs ever.
