That's over 300 million years ago. That is when the carbon that we are burning was laid down, now as coal and oil. That world was very different from today's and there were no dinosaurs. And today's world is being inescapably changed by our burning that carbon. It is a very simple equation.

Stupidity and ignorance are no excuse. These people need to be called to task. No other options.
