That's a much different thing than saying they are satisfied with the healthcare system. I'm satisfied with how the healthcare system works for me. I've got good employer-provided healthcare and I'm 65, so when and if I leave my job I'll have Medicare. I'm not satisfied with the healthcare system though. I want it to work as well for everyone as it does for me, and I won't be satisfied until it does.
