Make this chart go viral

The American voter is not very bright; let's spread this chart around and let's hope that people realize that it doesn't make sense to simply switch Presidents when the economy is slow, without thinking of the repercusions of electing a leader from a party guaranteed to make things worse.

I'm sure that I'll need to back it up if I post it on a "mainstream" site. Is Krugman the source? I can't read the article 'cause I won't pay the times "fee..."
