When Romney (and all GOP) screech "WE'RE BROKE WE'RE BROKE" this means "we're weak we're weak"

How does R-money say "we're broke" one second and do then talk about how he's gonna boss around China, Iran and Russia the next minute. Hello! Broke countries are weak countries and the Bush tax cuts and wars have MADE us broke.

A lot of billionaires were made after the fall when everything was privatized.

Putin certainly isn't hurting, and he's clawed back billions more.

Now that it's been mentioned, I'm wondering if that's not the endgame here.
