1) The Walkerbots have already spent more than $20 mil from the Primary season through the present, and the Republican base is super-energized, with 92% of Rs strongly behind him. Nevertheless, they can't get the poll number over 50%.

2) The Barrett campaign is just starting, and the first major ad buys were this past weekend (I think).

3) The survey was of "likely voters." People who in the past were "unlikely voters--" low-income single moms about to be cut off from BadgerCare, for instance--may suddenly turn into "likely voters."

4) The Republicans have enough money to totally dominate the "air war," but like most wars, this one is likely to be won on the ground. That means shoe leather. We have thousands of volunteers on the streets. They have virtually none.

We all gotta get out there and get into the fight of our lives, remembering that in many cases it's literally a fight for people's lives. We can do it.

Remember this--no matter how little money we have, the Wisconsin Progressives of 1900 had less. And they won. By 1905, Wisconsin was the first state to outlaw corporate contributions to politicians, with the nation following in 1907. In 1911, we enacted unemployment insurance and a number of other protections for working people.

We can do it agan.

The world demands that we do it again.

When we visited our son in Wisconsin at Thanksgiving, we saw just how organized you all were. You were fabulous then, and I know you are all working very hard.

We have sent contributions to the recall efforts, and my husband has been supporting Lori Compas' campaign. BTW ... we live in Ohio, the land of SB 5. We managed to get that done, so keep the faith!

Thompson(R)is swamping Baldwin(D) Baldwin is openly gay, since obama's endorsement of gay marriage,Baldwin has sank to 38%
If straight ticket voting skews Thompson, Wisconsin could go red...........
Elephant in the room? Supreme court decision on obamacare.

Everybody knows that Rep. Tammy Baldwin is gay. There is a good chance that Thompson will not even win his primary and she is up against a tea bagger.

**If you meant that this was a state senate race then you are wrong on that account, too. It is a race for US Senator.
