Hillary Clinton vs. Elizabeth Warren Could Be a Dream Match, for Republicans

http://www.nytimes.com/2015/01/29/us/politics/hillary-clinton-vs-elizabeth-warren-could-be-a-dream-match-for-republicans.html?ref=us&_r=0

They have called Senator Elizabeth Warren “an extremely attractive candidate” in the 2016 presidential campaign. They have said that she is the “hottest commodity” in the Democratic Party and that she has demonstrated the “passion and intensity” that Hillary Rodham Clinton lacks.

Those glowing compliments are not from the liberal activists who are trying to persuade Ms. Warren to challenge Mrs. Clinton, who is expected to be the party’s leading contender in 2016. They come from conservatives who are eager to drum up a contentious Democratic primary and who see Ms. Warren, a first-term senator from Massachusetts, as best positioned to weaken, and potentially defeat, Mrs. Clinton.

On cable television and in private strategy sessions, conservatives are steadily stoking the flames of a movement to recruit Ms. Warren, who has said she will not run but whose anti-Wall Street economic message resonates with the liberal base of the Democratic Party.

“Please give us Elizabeth Warren. Please, God, let us have Elizabeth Warren,” said Mike Huckabee, the former governor of Arkansas who is considering a presidential bid

I guess the beatings will continue until morale improves as far as the "inevitable" one goes.
Does that mean the if Warren is the nominee, all those demanding undying love and support for the nominee would abandon Warren?

How goofy can you get?

I suppose it would ruffle Clintonista feathers that Warren goes after big banks and Wall Street.

Hillary is to be spared any question about her dear friendship with Wall Street. Can you imagine the fun we could have watching a debate between Warren and Clinton on this subject?

That's why people are getting really testy, and even bringing up that stupid Native American thing against Warren. And guess which 'bandwagon' most of That is coming from.

It's pretty disgusting that it was brought up here at all.

I think Warren would probably spank Clinton pretty hard in a debate.

will leave big chunks of the base unhappy and refusing to vote for either Clinton or Warren. No doubt they have operatives lurking hear watching the fireworks between those two camps. They are certainly aware of the attempt to draft Warren that refuses to listen even to Warren.

They have already made moves to limit their own Clown Car Primary so that the divisiveness will not affect independents and centrists as much as last time.

They would love that kind of dynamic among Democrats.

I think that being Sexists pigs, they also hope to see what was called a "Catfight" back when I was in High School in the 60's.

Of course he said that. He truly thinks his religious form of conservatism is the dominant mindset in America and they're just waiting for someone like him to run for President. Unfortunately for him Warren's positions fall in line with the majority of American people according to the polls. She also would have the demographics on her side (as does Hillary).
