The real question we need to be asking about Bain Capital -

How much does our tax code encourage the purchase and looting of companies? It's not only done by equity firms. It happens every day when family run businesses are sold or one corporation engulfs another.

Who gets screwed - besides the employees?

Who holds that debt that doesn't get paid back?

If it's banks, why do they enable these crooks?

I just don't see how this is different from stealing.

"an embarrassment. " June issue of Esquire. He is an embarrassment and Bain is fair game. I think the President is right to keep charging right over the DNC DLC DCCC and any other apologists.
