One thing I learned from watching season 3 of House of Cards

1. I only watched the first episode so far. Loved the needle squirt of bourbon.

I'll be meting these episodes out and savoring them.

2. I have about 7 more episodes to go

I hate that it takes so long for the new episodes after I've watched them all in a few days. Waiting for Orange is the new Black new season too.

3. I binge watch too. Can't help it. I'm sticking with the DVD plan. I have no way to set up

my TV to kick back and enjoy streaming comfortably. Now I'm on the long wait for season 3.

Just got season 5 of Boardwalk Empire and season 7 of Sons of Anarchy. I'll blast through those in a week or so!

5. I recced because I would like to see a lot of opinions on our political system.

I binge watched the full season overnight. Bad choice on my part, because I had to navigate icy roads on my way to work and back home.

I think the Underwoods are a good example of the awfulness that has overtaken the Democratic Party.

Full disclosure: My daughter bought me a ROKU TV for Christmas and pays for NETFLIX. I'm really stretching my budget just to have Internet access.

And just finished season 1 this evening.
